This Privacy Policy explains how TrashRun, LLC, a subsidiary of GridLink Services Corporation, together with its parent, subsidiaries, and affiliates (“TrashRun,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you access or use the TrashRun platform, including our websites, progressive web applications, APIs, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).
This Privacy Policy applies to information we process in our capacity as a “business” or “controller” under applicable privacy laws.
By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

- Valet service schedules, coverage zones, bag limits, prohibited items lists, and resident rules

If you are a resident at a property that uses TrashRun valet services, your property manager may provide us with information about your unit or building for purposes of coordinating service. We may also collect information directly from you if you create an account, submit service requests, purchase add-on services, or receive notifications through the Platform.
1.4 Photographic and Visual Evidence
The Platform relies on photographic evidence to verify service completion, document incidents, and support dispute resolution. Photos collected through the Platform may include:

These photos become part of the job record and may be visible to other users involved in the job (such as the assigned provider, the customer, the property manager, or TrashRun administrators) as necessary for service coordination, transparency, and dispute resolution.
1.5 Payment and Transaction Information
Payments, escrow, payouts, refunds, and chargebacks are processed by third-party payment processors.
TrashRun does not store full payment card numbers.
We receive limited transaction information (such as payment status, transaction identifiers, amounts, and the last four digits of a card where applicable) necessary to operate the Platform, provide support, prevent fraud, and maintain records.
For resident add-on purchases (such as extra pickup days, additional bag allowances, or bulky item requests), we maintain records of the purchase, fulfillment status, and associated billing.

When you use the Platform, we automatically collect:
- IP address
- Device identifiers
- Browser and operating system information
- Usage data, logs, and timestamps
- Approximate location derived from IP address
1.7 Precise Geolocation Data
The Platform uses precise geolocation data for service coordination, verification, and operational monitoring. If you are a service provider or valet worker, the Platform collects precise location data during active service periods, including:
- GPS coordinates when you indicate you are traveling to a service location
- Arrival verification through geofence confirmation at the service property
- Continuous presence monitoring within the property geofence during active service
- Completion location verification when a route or job is marked complete
- Service duration calculations based on arrival and departure timestamps
- This location data is used to provide estimated arrival times, monitor route progress, detect late or missed service, support fraud prevention, and generate operational records for property managers and administrators.
We will request location permission through your device or browser before collecting precise geolocation data. You may revoke location permission through your device settings at any time; however, disabling location services may prevent you from performing certain Platform functions that require geolocation verification.
